BlastOne nozzle holders are available in a variety of materials – including brass, nylon and aluminium. Most are also available in both fine (NPSM) and coarse (Contractor) thread. Use only undercut screws for attaching to blast hose. Contact BlastOne for instructions on correct fitting of nozzle holders.
BlastOne nozzle holders are installed on the end of blast hose using an external friction fit with sealant and short screws which penetrate the out side wall of the hose – the screws are not to penetrate through the inner wall of the hose. The blasting nozzle then connects to the nozzle holder, usually with a thread or flange. It is imperative for the life of the blast nozzle to ensure that there is no air leaks and the nozzle holder is fitted correctly according to all procedures and safety documents. BlastOne stocks a wide range of blast cleaning accessories, including wet blast units, industrial soda blasters, robotic abrasive blasting, cart supplies, shot blasting supplies, Decon units and sand blast equipment
