The RotorSpray Internal Pipe Coating Units are the ideal solution for efficiently coating the internal surfaces of pipes across a range of diameters. These units are available in three models to suit different pipe sizes:

• RotorSpray I: Suited for coating pipes with diameters ranging from 3 inches to 5 inches.
• RotorSpray II: Suited for coating pipes with diameters ranging from 5 inches to 12 inches.
• RotorSpray III: Suited for coating pipes with diameters ranging from 12 inches to 35 inches.

Each unit is designed to operate at a maximum pressure of 3600 psi, ensuring effective and consistent application of coatings. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use these units with at least a 30:1 airless sprayer, with a 40:1 system being ideal. Please note that these systems are sold bare, meaning the hose and controls must be ordered separately to complete your setup. Before using the RotorSpray units, it is crucial to consult the coating manufacturer to determine the appropriate pump and tip size for your specific application. The Internal Pipe Coating Tools (IPCT) are compatible with a wide variety of coatings that can be applied using an airless system. These tools are especially effective when used by painters experienced with applying plural component systems and familiar with the cleaning requirements of plural application equipment. This expertise is particularly important for coatings with quick set times.
