Drill-Mounted Paint Mixers and Jiffy Mixer® Mixing Paddles

These drill-mounted mixing paddles provide efficient blending of coatings and other industrial materials directly in the container. The range includes genuine Jiffy Mixer® stainless steel models for small, medium, and heavy-duty applications, along with two economical coated-steel mixer options.

Genuine Jiffy Mixer® paddles use a distinctive blade arrangement designed to circulate material through the mixing head rather than simply spinning the material around the container. This helps combine settled solids and liquids into a more uniform mixture while reducing unwanted air entrainment.

The compact Jiffy Mixer® LM is designed for pint-size containers and small mixing jobs such as touch-up paint, laboratory materials, small epoxy batches, and ceramic glazes. It has a 10-1/4 inch shaft, 1/4 inch shaft diameter, and a maximum operating speed of 1,200 RPM.

The HS-2 and HS-3 models are designed for medium mixing jobs in 1 to 2 gallon containers. The ES is intended for medium to heavy mixing in 2 to 5 gallon containers, while the PS-2 provides a heavy-duty 1/2 inch shaft for 10 to 50 gallon containers and tough-to-mix materials including paints, resins, adhesives, slurry, mortar, and zinc-rich coatings.

Genuine Jiffy Mixer® models are manufactured from 304 polished stainless steel. Jiffy Mixer recommends keeping the mixing head fully immersed while operating and using the appropriate speed for the selected model.

The SMES2T and SMES3T models are not manufactured by Jiffy Mixer®. These coated-steel mixers provide economical alternatives for general-purpose mixing and should not be represented as Jiffy Mixer® products.
