DeFelsko Powder Coating Inspection Kits combine the core tools used for powder coating inspection into ready to order configurations. The lineup is split into two lines, PosiTest Essential Powder Inspection Kits and PosiTector Professional Powder Inspection Kits, so you can match the kit to your substrate type and inspection scope. The Essentials line is focused on cured and uncured powder thickness measurement using the PosiTest PC Uncured Powder Thickness Gage paired with a PosiTest DFT Dry Film Thickness Gage. Available Essentials kits offer Ferrous (only) or Combo (all-metals) choice of DFT gauges. The Professional line is built around the PosiTector platform and adds adhesion testing capability. Each Professional kit includes the PosiTest PC, a PosiTector gage body (Standard or Advanced), a PosiTector 6000 coating thickness probe selected for steel or for all metals, plus a PosiTest CH Cross Hatch Adhesion Tester with a 6 x 2 blade.
