The 3 Stage (2 x Shower) Skid Mounted Decontamination Unit is designed to provide a defined personnel decontamination process where controlled separation between dirty, shower, and clean areas is required. The three demountable cubicles are fabricated from heavy-duty aluminium sheeting and finished in a high-gloss white powder coating, with the complete assembly mounted to a custom aluminium frame and pallet. Water delivery is managed through a skid-mounted 400 L hot water unit incorporating a manifold for hot and cold water distribution. A 10 amp, 240 V inline pump supplies water pressure to both decontamination shower modules and the hot water system. Colour-coded hot and cold water hoses connect the hot water unit to the shower cells, helping operators distinguish the supply lines during setup and use. Wastewater is handled through a dual filter system that doubles the available filtration capacity. Two privacy doors are supplied and mounted at the dirty-side entrance and clean-side exit, replacing standard strip curtains and providing more defined separation at each end of the decontamination sequence.
