The Graco Stellair ACE and Graco Stellair Air Spray Guns are two advanced products designed to meet the needs of industrial painters. Replacing the workhorse Graco AirPro gun, these innovative guns offer new advantages in ease of service and ergonomics. The Stellair ACE is a lightweight manual pressure-feed spray gun made with carbon-reinforced construction, ideal for reducing fatigue during extended use. The Stellair Air Spray Guns offer flexibility with HVLP, LVMP, compliant, and conventional spray technologies, delivering exceptional atomization and ergonomic performance. Key differences between the legacy AirPro and the new Stellair / Stellair ACE guns are as follows:
- Serviceability:
- AirPro is designed with individual replacement service components, often requiring an hour to rebuild a gun.
- Stellair is designed with an innovative cartridge holding all fluid wear components, allowing a rebuild in just a few minutes.
- Weight:
- AirPro and the aluminum-body Stellair are similar in weight.
- The composite-body Stellair ACE is about half the weight of the aluminum body versions, providing a significant boost in ergonomic benefit for long spray operations.
